Doubtless they will also announce cuts to protections for the most vulnerable on grounds of affordability, having just cancelled the revenue which paid for it.
It has a tax cut bow on it but it's a Greek gift, as it always is. They reduce rates for higher tax payers (incentives! investment!) and tell poor tax payers to expect growth and better jobs. But they forget to mention that whatever growth there might be is across the valley of the shadow of death. And even that level of growth may be an illusion.
