A flyer I'm reading discusses two monoclonal antibody options and three other therapeutics "authorized or approved" for Covid-19. The two monoclonal antibody meds are Evusheld and Eli Lilly's Bebtelovimab. The former has "77% reduction in developing symptomatic Dovid-19" while the latter is for patients who are already symptomatic. So perhaps I can find a doctor who will prescribe AstraZeneca's Evusheld for me.

Gold is $1,581/oz today. When it hits $2,000, it will be up 26.5%. Let's see how long that takes. - De 3/11/2013 - ANSWER: 7 Years, 5 Months

Re: “I don't think we can get monoclonal antibodies in New Hampshire.”
A little bit of good news regarding monoclonal antibodies. My doctor's nurse tells me that monoclonal antibodies ARE available through the Dartmouth-Hitchcock hospital chain, but she thinks we need to go "the oral medication route" first. "Oral medication" = Paxlovid, which is one of Pfizer's EAU drugs. I don't know about my wife, but I won't take that.

I have an out-of-state cardiologist, and my wife tells me that his hospital in Vermont offers monoclonal antibodies. I don't know its terms. My wife, though, has no affiliation with that hospital so I won't even be looking into that option unless I get sick.
