That BS bill is dead in the water. Even if it ever managed to make its way out of the legislature, Youngkin would never sign it and I cannot imagine they have enough votes to override his veto.
But, you're right to point this out because this is a heinous piece of proposed, unconstitutional legislation. These legislators need to be impeached.

The Democraps in Virginia have written a bill that would require parents to sign a document affirming their child's sexual orientation or gender identity. The bill makes failing to a crime . The bill will require Child Protection Services to investigate the parents for child abuse charges. A felony. Could put parents in prison.
