My ENT had me using a neti pot after he lasered some swollen turbinates in my nose and corrected my deviated septum. I cannot say that forcing liquid into one nostril so that it goes through your sinuses and then back out the other nostril is the most comfortable feeling in the world, but it does clean everything out.
