I didn’t have a fever. And no problem breathing.
Day 1 I started to feel weak,tired and head stuffed up
Day 2 I thought I was going to die. My who body ached. Coughing spells . I had a sharp pain in the core of my body. My nose was running and I had a terrible headache. I bet I took 10 Tylenol that day.
Day 3 same as day 2
Day 4 I felt a little better
Day 5 I got the monoclonal and started feeling better after a few hours.
Day 6 was probably 70%
A week after that I was 90%
Then took about another month of being tired to get to 100%.

I do believe that the Neti Pot approach to killing viruses works. SARS-CoV-2 viruses settle in the nose first, so if they're killed there, it takes longer for a dangerous number to enter the bloodstream. By the time they do, hopefully the body will be fortified against them and they'll be wiped out.

But I think I'm overdosing on the Neti Pot. This third time in 1½ days has my eyes and upper teeth hurting. My nose, which was fine before I ever tried this has been running to some degree all day. And now I'm blowing a little blood.

I've been using 2.5 tsp of 10% iodine twice daily. Online, proponents of iodine say to use 6 *drops* of iodine... and they do their Neti Potting once a week. So I'm cutting waaay back on that.

As for the salt, I'm using the packets that came with the Neti Pot, so it's probably a standard amount. But most people who complain of pain say that salt is what needs reducing. So, for a while at least, I'm going to use a half packet of salt.

Aside from these problems, I'm still healthy. My wife's fever broke today. Her temp is back to normal, and she's feeling considerably better. This is Day Three for her. How does that compare with your experience, CTJ?
