Looks like Eric Swalwell might have some ‘splainin’ to do.
Especially for someone who has bailed and failed to physically attend proceedings in the House Chamber due to the so-called public health emergency. Only one other House member has missed more days in DC than him.
So where the Hell is he traveling to so much if he isn’t even able to go to DC because of COVID?

A note of interest ... I checked the list of the Congress critters with the most proxy letters filed and guess what I found, eh? The top 11 are Democrats. The 12th on the list - Madison Cawthorn of the NC District 12 - just lost in this year's Republican primary. I then checked out the top 30 - 28 Democrats and 2 Republicans.
