It's been seven days (last Wednesday) since my wife tested positive for Covid. I'm still good. I've done some things to improve my chances of staying that way, so there may be more than luck involved. After all, SARS-CoV-2 is supposed to be ridiculously contagious, and my wife and I share a tiny house's kitchen and bathroom. (She's otherwise been cooped up in the master bedroom while I've stayed in the living room.)

Here's what I've done: I've been on the Z-Stack regimen [Zinc (30mg), D3 (125 mcg, 5,000 IU), Vitamin C (800 mg), Quercetin (500 mg) ], for at least a year... with the exception of D3 where I'm currently taking 4,000 IUs. In most cases, I'm taking *more* than Dr. Zelenko recommended. In the case of vitamin C, more than twice the recommended amount.

I'm spraying my mouth often with TheraZinc even though I don't have a sore throat.

When my wife became ill, I began taking Ivermectin horse paste daily. And started Neti-Potting myself twice daily with both salt and iodine. This last was painful so I did a little looking to see how much iodine others have been taking and, sure enough, I was doing too much. Rather than 2.4 teaspoons of iodine per cup of Neti-water, I'm now doing 5 *drops* of iodine per cup of water. Let me rephrase that: I went from 237 drops to FIVE drops. Cuz I was waaaay overdoing it. No wonder my nose was bothering me so much that I thought maybe I had Covid.

My wife is already much improved and I'm suspecting that I've dodged a bullet. Or maybe I caught it and I'm just asymptomatic. I don't know, but I'm pretty happy.

Gold is $1,581/oz today. When it hits $2,000, it will be up 26.5%. Let's see how long that takes. - De 3/11/2013 - ANSWER: 7 Years, 5 Months
