But at least they caught us both BEFORE we had major cardiac events, eh? For the majority of those who were in the cardiac unit with you, major heart damage has already occurred. A lot of the people you were with won't make it 90 days. And if THAT doesn't make you feel pretty good about your experience, I don't know what will.

You're going to get visits from nurses soon, and they'll have you speed walking around your couch (or some other trivial route.) In a matter of three weeks, you'll be doing half-mile walks. And in 1½ months, you'll be working out at the hospital gym. I was the only one, out of a dozen or so in my 'class,' who'd had his chest cracked despite EVERYONE there being a heart patient. That spoke volumes to me about the high number of cardiac chest surgeries where the patient dies.

But not you and me! And there's lots of fun coming your way.

1. Many, many thank you's for your kind words of exncouragement, your prayers on my behalf to our Heavenly father, and just being a great group of guys!

I was forced to the computer by my better half to order some daily supplement she uses and has for past ten years.

I am still pretty weak. almost zero appetite and hurt like crazy. What the cadiologist uses for pain med isn't much better than tylenol.

I think De had mentioned thatwas all he used recuperating from his heart operation..

I have not slept well since home. At 3:00a.m. this morning I finally got out of my powered recliner and went in search of a new bed. The large sectional looked good so I put my pi;;ows down there and made bed. I slept until miz micro decidedn she needed to be up very early. I gorgot hat deep sleep felt like. So I retreating back to my new bed and catch up on some sleep I desperately need.

As Ribit knows, these majjor surgeries are not for old guys.....

I will get back when I can guys. I can't count all the places I am too achey and in pain at. It will get better.

sooner would be good imo....
I am still here, I just can't really trype right now.
