FWIW My current favorite link to monitor the most critical Senate races: http://livenews.realclearpolitics.com/epolls/latest_polls/#!

It is Dem biased, if anything, so I think it is a safe metric and likely undercounts Republican chances. (better safe than sorry)

The surge of Red is very impressive because it largely developed in the last few days! So, if momentum accounts for anything, give it 2.5 more weeks and it could be a slaughter for the history books! (and, as I said, much harder to "game"/cheat).

Again, I liked Beldin's suggestion of Rand Paul + Jim Jordan as MOST important leadership change. RINOs need to be removed from influence.

Then a STRATEGIC plan will hopefully be possible so a 2022 win doesn't turn into a swing back to Democrats in 2024 due to shortsightedness of voters about De's aforementioned BidenFlation!!

Keeping the issues in front of the American people and giving them a voice on how to approach the next two years effectively but realistically would help enormously, IMO.

If GOOD MIDDLE/WORKING class legislation is presented to the people, first, and Biden then rejects the proposed change, the trail back to the Dems can be kept intact and hard to rebut/obscure.

The right leadership, and tracking/accountability, is essential or this could have repercussions. Come 2024, people need to still remember this as BidenFlation!

De, WRT "BidenFlation" and the general topic:

http://www.zerohedge.com/political/latest-polls-show-90-voters-worried-about-inflation-pessimistic-about-economy

"When it comes to voting this November, more than 80 percent of respondents said that the economy would play a major role in deciding who to vote for. Only 4 percent said it would play no role at all. Three out of every four Democrats and almost 90 percent of Republicans said it would be a major factor in their decision making.
...
"The Politico poll also focused on what Americans believed was the cause of inflated prices. Three-quarters of respondents said corporations price gouging, raising prices to unreasonable levels to turn a profit, was responsible for the current high inflation rate. Forty-four percent said corporations were very responsible. The blame was found in a majority of voters across generations, gender, race and party affiliation.

This suggests that the majority of the public does not actually understand the economic situation and the true causes of the current problem,

So, I will begin obsessively repeating the BidenFlation mantra. If people think corporations had much choice in most of this, we've got DECADES of stinking-thinking in the way of WORKING through to a recovery. We will have to suffer until people get it that "Socialism" is a stupid, corrupt, and DEADLY idea; and that "inflation" is ultimately an issue of currency, credit, and central planning.
