...it is my notion that Putin is not going to just arbitrarily start nuking everyone in sight. He might use a tactical and that would put the ball back in our court. If we responded with a nuke on Moscow we would regret it. Thing we need to think about is "What could we do about it and we wanted our response to be unpleasant for him but did not want to start an atomic shootout. Dunno what that would be, but the ball would be in our court so to speak. What we would be doing is tip toeing on the precipice of aforementioned nuke shootout and that is why we need to think of an appropriate response now. I don't want Biden to do any of that thinking.
