Re: “Who benefits from gross-incompetence?”
Who benefits from rioting? From turning thousands of kids into sterile freaks? From flooding the country with drugs (okay, that one has an obvious answer). From debasing the currency? From letting arrested thugs walk without so much as a bail?

I've concluded that the "big picture" answer is that many powerful institutions and politicians benefit from chaos and destruction. The impoverished and failed who result from chaos and destruction vote for Democrats, after all. Nearly all of them. And there's an awful lot of money and power that rides with alignment with those in control.

10/13 of the Time the (Mostly-Democratic-City-Controlled) "Problem" Eventually Gets Resolved....For the Democrat. Who benefits from gross-incompetence? Democrats revel in it, that is for sure.
