Yep ... it's his property, his business ... he should be able to lease to whichever businesses he chooses. If he operates in a racist manner, then his potential customers should choose for themselves whether to patronize his mall or not. However, if this was flipped around and the owner decided not to lease space to black-owned businesses, I strongly suspect that the uproar would be DEAFENING, don'tcha think?
