Which probably explains why I am a bit anal regarding my tax returns.
I buy turbo tax . . . Re-image the hard drive in a spare computer with no data whatsoever . . . Install turbo tax. . Put it on the internet and let it download and update to its hearts content. Then remove it from the internet and do my taxes. Print them out and mail them.
Store archival copies of my tax returns along with a second printed copy . . . Then wipe the drive and re-image it for next year.
Of course . . if the IRS decides it ought to post my tax return . . .
