Now where did that one come from ?
Back in WWII the 'Russian Winter' possibly killed as many Germans as anything else. But not an 'improvement'. Unless one wants to count the weapons and munitions coming into Russia from the U.S. during WWII . . .
Remember that Russia and Ukraine have the same sorts of winter. I don't think either will gain an 'advantage' or 'improvement' from the Winter. Ukraine will, however, continue to enjoy shorter re-supply lines and the Russian occupiers will continue to have problems with Ukrainian partisans.
