After General Schwartzkof kicked Saddam Hyusseins esteemed Republican Gaurd all the way across the deserts of of Iraq and captured the major cities of same country, and then toppled the entire Iraqi dictatorship and hanged the President Saddam Hussein who was hiding like a petrified child in a hole in the ground, how can you say that operation Desert Storm was not a war????
It was our armed forces against Iraq's armed forces called the Republican Guard who were the mideasts most feared army.. The UNited States military under the leadership of General Schwartkof decimated the enemy in very short order.
We very quickly eneded the rule of a terrorist dictator and his henchmen, his own people hanged the S.O.B as he acted like a scared little child when faced with death he enjoyed doling out to his own, innocent civilian population. This was a war. It didn;t last long because of the military training our combat soldiers and MArines receive..
You might want to rethink that. It is never a good thing nor a smart one to defy and beg for a military war with U.S. Forces when you are a third world bunch of Ragheads with little to no training and poor equipment.
