I had my two month check up with the cardiology team yesterday afternoon. The doctor was impressed with my condition and appearance. So he released me so I don;t have to check back with him ASSUMING my echo cardiagram I have to take is okay. No reason it should not be.. I have to schedule that today for a near future date..
If all is good I am a free man.. Yippeeeee!!
Obviously I have restrictions and fatigue is one of them, lifting is another. I am allergic to the exercise machines. I can't walk on a treadmill so I was put on another machine that works both arms and legs with resistance in sync. Different levels of resistance. I went from a 3 to a 5 in two sessions. More resistance which you can feel in your thighs and you will sweat more.
So I worked harder to work my heart more. I wear a monitor the nurses can read at all times on their stations.
Well, after the first session of 18 minutes I had to call it a day. My right hip was killing me.. It did not like being pushing like that or something. Anyway, I limped out of the work area after discussing with the nurse. She is very kind and nice. So I don't know what I am going to do when I go back next week on Wednesday.
I don't mind going but I don't want to get my hip all inflamed again either as that means I really have a difficult time walking, which is why it was replaced in the first place. I need to walk.
So, the heart is healing well and my blood pressure is super good at 118 over 68 most readings. After working on the equipment..
That has the Doctor pumped also. So I can start to go see my clients face to face again weather permitting likely mid- January. I have two new ones I have not met yet but was referred to and have communicated with before surgery so I am anxious to go see them. They are up north in Massilon, Ohio off of I-77 next door to Canton where the pro football hall of fame is located.
So I have things to look forward to the Lord permitting.
I need to go get out of my pajamas and dressed for the day so I will say bye for now. Stay safe everyone and be smart.
Catch you later.
