Putin IS a No-Good-Sumbitch. No doubt about that. The USSR and Putin's Russia both have long and bloody histories. Since 2014 that Donbas region in Ukraine that Russia seized has been a series of 'truces' and 'cease fires' which the Russians have routinely violated.
Yeah, Ukraine has a LOT of corruption . . . but it is NOT part of Russia and I'd like to see it kept that way.
