yes it is. It was giving off a minor amount of chest pain right over the heart itself. I wonder if I was working it too hard??? I had that exercise machine going pretty good and at a medium resistance level on the tensioner. It works your arms and legs both from a sitting position. I was going at 90 steps a minute rate at dead center medium tension I have wondered if I was over exerting.

Right now it feels normal with no pain at all. But I am at complete rest (which is what I do best) now as well.

My nuclear stress test and EKG are on February 3 to check things out.. I cannot walk on a treadmill due to my hip problem. So that's why the nuclear stress test..

Sounds kinda scary to me. I hope they can stop the heart from racing when they have data.. I have the KG one hour from the start of the stress test...
