While I agree with the court that a ban for the cited reasons should have not been permitted, I personally see no reason to own a bumb stock for a semi-auto rifle simply to be able to squweeze off more rounds faster...
It may not be the equivalent of full auto but it is likely as close as ya can get or alter a bumb stock to be first or second cousin of a full auto weapoon..
I guess I do not see what one would use that for.... Other than in street gang gun fights or mass shootings..
Anyone else know of any possibilities that a bump stock would be something beneficial at more so than a semi auto rifle? I really have no clue....
