Think of this more as the way to optimum health, leading to optimum normal lifespan. It, at least alone, doesn't trigger telomere change, I don't think.
Before you worry too much about living to 200, maybe start worrying more about how to avoid heart attack, cancer, and diabetes, (along with most other diseases which maim and kill) by age 50-70.
CRON (Calorie Restricted OPTIMAL NUTRITION) may actually be required to see the sort of maximum lifespan extension we see in lower animals. Or, it may turn out that maximum lifespan extension isn't available to humans via this pathway. (I think that unlikely -- I think CRON does more than simple time-restriction, as it also lowers body temperature significantly, and causes further changes).
Rome wasn't built in a day. Hoping to live to 200 while living as though you intend to die by 50 aren't congruent tracks.
