You are right. I don’t think much will happen. They’ll have hearings etc. But nothing will be done. The government will continue to do what they’ve been doing for decades.

I see a lot of reports of police stopping people and demanding ID for no reason. It’s unconstitutional, but they do it anyhow because their are no consequences. If they get sued the taxpayers pay.

These abuses really ramped up after 9/11.
