...so your sayin that if a cop says Good morning sir, how are you today? he is in violation of some law? How about if he asks ya what ya happen to be doing in a neighborhood you don't live in at 3am? He could even ask ya if you are an alien from outer space. Cops are also citizens with the same free speech rights you have.

Problem is many cops believe they are above the law, and have no problem violating someone’s constitutional rights 

...such paranoia is only found in people who have something to hide.
