DAWGS prove that TCU did not belong in the tp 4 of the college football playoffs.

They were overwhelmed by the physical size of Georgia and the level of talent of those players. Ohio State would have destroyed TCU as well.

Yes, TCU had a good season in the little 12 league. Unfortunately, those teams were not the calibre of the top two teams Georgia and Ohio State.

TCU had a very good season. A great season as they went undefeated in their conference. Congrats are due them for that accomplishment.

But this was a national embarrassment on a very grand stage and scale. It was a beat down of epic proportion and calls into queston whether TCU was just a feel good choice. It appears to me to be that.

Did anyone who was a real football fan and knows anything about the actual game enjoy watching that game? I turned it off after quarter 1.

I saw the massacre coming as did lots of others. TCU simply did not belong on the same field with Georgiaas they were grossly overmatched by far superior athletes.

The bottom line on the field of play has a lot to do with the talent levels of the depth of the rosters. Itw as true when I played in Big School competition in Ohio for state titles. We won one. Lost one. Got our butts handed to us by much larger and stronger players from a northern school west of Cleveland. Those guys were hormone laced grain fed beefaloes..
I know the feeling of a good butt whupping. TCU all knows that same feeling now..

I just think that for someting billed as a national title game game, the morons on the selection committees should at least look at the competition the schools played against and the caliber of athletes the opposition provided. When Georgia beats up Alabama and lots of other SEC teams you know they have very good athletes and size. IF the Buckeyes had not been bamboozled by trick plays against Michigan they would have been undefeated also and as it turned out, Georgia was able to eek out a win against the Buckeyes in the last minute.

Those are two evenly matched teams.

I am embarrassed for TCU. I feel vindicated for my opinions regarding those who vote for rankings of teams and decide who gets into the playoffs....

Your opinion may vary...
