even selling the drugs do ya think those countries are gonna pay back their real debts? In accounting their is a term called "Sunk Costs" which is very appropriate descrption of how it works. This is what all those so called "loans" really are and the officials responsible for making them are well aware they are never going to get repaid.. Its a three shell monti game.....
...the most backasswards countries on the planet are indebted to the biggest banks for countless billions. They cannot pay it back selling straw baskets and clay pots. Hence drugs.
