Mm. Maybe you need a reference to understand its scale. I clipped a small piece of Antarctica and circled a section that changed from ALL ICE to ALL WATER between January 2020 and January 2023. Do you see that little patch of light green and light blue I stuck in its center? The light blue part is LAKE ERIE.

BTW, I did this in MS Paint and eyeballed the measurements. Actually, I used a toothpick. I now think I under-drew Lake Erie... it should be almost twice that size. But I hope you get the idea. Lake Erie's LENGTH would fit comfortably into this melted area's WIDTH.

Gold is $1,581/oz today. When it hits $2,000, it will be up 26.5%. Let's see how long that takes. - De 3/11/2013 - ANSWER: 7 Years, 5 Months

It looks to me that the ARCTIC ice is the same from one year to the next. The Antarctic one can see a small decline but noting I would get excited about..

To an alarmist who wants everyone in the world to knuckle under to the climate nazis, there would be way too much difference and they would claim the sea is rising really fast and we are all going to die in the next ten years... lol!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Nice images though......

How many ice cubes can we make out of all that ice ????
