So this non brain trust firm's stated position is that every CHILD, regardless of their brain function, the effort they put into STUDY, the desire each if them has to actually LEARN and memorize and DO THE WORK, is going to turn out the SAME according to their stated goals?????
DO not the teachers in the classroom teach every child in that class at the same time and the kids hear that teacher? Of course, the teacher cannot take the book home to every pupil's house and force them to read on their own or study on their own so lets punish all the students as a whole so they all turn out ignorant and stupid so they can be the same..
What a genius idea... These school board members should be rocket scientists or Physicists perhaps.. NOT!
