Fiz > I think it radically amusing that it is not racist to admit that certain breeds of dogs have radically different intelligence levels, on average. But it is "racist" to posit the probability that different human breeds do, as well?
Hmmm.
I'm not quite ready to go along with 'some sub-species of humans are radically less intelligent'. If only because most people trying to make such claims often have racist agendas.
But I will say that the biggest source of 'racial inequity' in America today has to do with the fact that far too many black kids are not ready for First Grade when they get there . . . and they never catch up.
Not to mention that in far too many black communities, once the kids become teenagers there is this immense peer-pressure . . 'Getting Educated is Acting White' . . (And heaven forbid they should act white.)
