Right now America seems to be heck bent on enrolling all the black people they can in our universities . . . And most of them do NOT have the necessary skill sets to succeed. And for far too many black Americans this lack of academic skill sets starts before they ever get to first grade.

It may not be the individuals fault . . . but it is Black America's fault.

A black lady I used to work with. She told me 'both my grandparents were school teachers'. Back in the 1970's there were some black school teachers in the public schools I attended. Her job was scraping ink off machinery and cleaning it. Not a high skills job - more of a glorified janitor type work. In two generations her family went from honored white collar semi-professionals to industrial drudge.

Do note that there were black school teachers in America who got an education and were working as school teachers. Before affirmative action became the 'thing'. Which blows a small hole in your argument that "My whole argument is that intelligence is NOT something that is strongly selected for in Africa."
