I worked for DC Government for a few years. The group I was in was about 80 people. 65 were blacks and the rest were whites and Indians. The blacks were all DC gov employees, the rest of us were consultants. Their were two groups of blacks. The old south blacks (DC) and the new foreign blacks. The old south blacks were mostly high school educated, the foreigns all had BA or Masters degrees. The old south hated the new blacks. The foreigners were from North Africa or Europe. The Old south blacks were mostly from Washington or Baltimore. They resented the new blacks getting such high pay, they though they should get that pay cause they were local residents. The reality was that they were lucky to have jobs. They basically had no marketable skills and just sat around in the office playing on their computers. They had no work ethic at all.
I worked there on and off for five years. It was the most screwed up program I ever worked on.

Most of the American-born blacks I have known are less intelligent than most of the foreign-born blacks I have known. In fact, most of the foreign-born blacks I've known were highly intelligent people.

While most of those American-born blacks were not of 100% African descent, most of the foreign-born blacks WERE. So, are purebred blacks smarter than those who are part-White? It seems like it to me.

Also, based on my personal experience, it seems that more than anything else, it's American-black culture that saps intelligence.

I could make a similar argument about liberals. Most seem to have reasoning skills that I can only describe as worse-than-average. (I phrase it that way because I think *most* Americans are lacking in that regard. But liberals are really, really bad.)
