Memphis lowered the standards for being a cop. Education first, then they allow cops with criminal records then finally the hired three of the five in jail who had been members of a street gang. Just think of these folka as being "Affirmative Action Policemen". Im sure you will approve then.
Liberals are like a "Slinky". Totally useless, but somehow ya can't help but smile when you see one tumble down a flight of stairs!
