...with California having 4 (I think) mass shootings since the first of the year I would think that they might want to consider "Constitutional Carry" as an alternative to disarming law abiding citizens and turning predators loose as soon after an arrest as possible.

Liberals are like a "Slinky". Totally useless, but somehow ya can't help but smile when you see one tumble down a flight of stairs!
