Back to bed....”Getting yourself checked out by the pros isn't a bad idea. You could be miserable over something DUMB and easily fixed like a bladder infection, where all you need are some antibiotics. And even if they don't figure out what's got you down, they may rule out some nasties and put you at ease. If you aren't feeling better this morning (Thursday), then you've been laid up too long for it to be a case of the sniffles and should do what the doctor says.

Keep in mind as you talk to docs, that the elevated white count could be a red herring. Could you be dehydrated? Or, are you taking any medications that are new or that might be conflicting with others? What's your pulse like? I felt like crap when the metoprolol they had me on dropped it to 43 bpm. They took me off that beta-blocker and I don't think my pulse has been below 52 since.

Finally, are you still taking a lot of D3? As I previously posted, if you take too much, you can get vitamin D toxicity, also called hypervitaminosis D. While most people can easily handle 10,000 ius per day, I know a woman whose body didn't expel it correctly. She built up dangerous levels and had quite a scare. I take 6,000 each day and it's more than enough.

This started with you saying you had Covid-19. Did you actually test positive? I ask because you're now sounding like it's not that.
