Fashion designer finds photos of Sam Brinton wearing custom dress from her ‘lost’ luggage

This is great. As you probably know, former Deputy Assistant Secretary for Spent Fuel and Waste Disposition Sam Brinton was charged last November with felony theft of luggage. Brinton, “the country’s first openly gender-fluid senior government official,” was sent packing by the Department of Energy in December. Of course, Republicans "pounced" on the news.
Thanks to coverage of the alleged thefts on Fox News, a Tanzanian fashion designer based in Houston was able to ID one of her dresses that disappeared with her luggage back in 2018.
asyakhamsin (@asyakhamsin1) ~ My name is Asya Khamsin, a Tanzanian fashion designer based in Houston, Texas, USA. I lost my bag 2018 in DCA, recently. I heard the news on @FoxNews about the @sambrinton luggage issue. Surprisingly, I found his images wearing my custom-made outfit, which was in the lost bag in 2018.
Given that Ms. Khamsin is Tanzanian, isn't Sam Brinton ALSO GUILTY OF CULTURAL APPROPRIATION???!!! Especially since he is a white dude, don'tcha know.
Omnes Artis (@OmnesArtis) ~ Drop all pics you have of your clothes. Let's see if we can find Brinton in them. LMAO!
Heh heh heh heh heh.

Fashion designer who BUSTED Sam Brinton finds even MORE pics of him wearing her clothes (thread)

As Twitchy readers know, fashion designer Asya Khamsin found pictures of former Biden admin official Sam Brinton wearing a one-of-a-kind dress from luggage that was ‘lost’ in 2018. Welp, looks like she’s found even more pictures of Brinton wearing other items that are clearly hers.
The fact he was so willing to wear them so OUTWARDLY and without an ounce of concern for getting caught says so much about him, and the president who allowed him a seat with his administration. Once again, we find that selecting people based on the identity boxes they check is a big mistake.
Khamsin shared these photos this morning:
asyakhamsin (@asyakhamsin1) ~ Even this jewelry was in my lost bag, dah!
What a lovely accessory.
Although, it looked way better on Khamsin.
asyakhamsin (@asyakhamsin1) ~
This one too.
asyakhamsin (@asyakhamsin1) ~
Gonna guess Sam ‘found’ her luggage.

Annnd it gets WORSE: Vanity Fair actually FEATURED pic of Sam Brinton in allegedly stolen dress and OMG-LOL
http://twitchy.com/samj-3930/2023/02/23/annnd-it-gets-worse-vanity-fair-actually-featured-pic-of-sam-brinton-in-allegedly-stolen-dress-and-omg-lol/
No sooner had we finished our article on Sam Brinton wearing more ‘lost’ aka stolen garments of Asya Khamsin, Tweeps showed up in our timeline to tell us about Vanity Fair FEATURING the luggage thief in a photo shoot WEARING HER DRESS.
Man oh man, the Biden administration sure can pick ’em.
And apparently, so can Vanity Fair.
HA HA HA HA HA!
Guys, we can’t even make this up:
Christina Pushaw (@ChristinaPushaw) ~ Whenever the Biden Administration lectures us about DEI, I will think of this cross dresser fetishist stealing a Tanzanian woman’s luggage to wear her clothes.
So we covered this in our last story ... but it gets so much worse.
Christina Pushaw (@ChristinaPushaw) ~ “Cultural appropriation” ... is stunning and brave as long as you are ~non binary~
Cultural appropriation is bad enough.
But a Vanity Fair shoot? Wearing her dress?
Meep.
Whispers of Dementia (@mgEyesOpen) ~ OMG. Vanity Fair did a fashion article on Sam Brinton featuring him in one of the stolen dresses. 😂😂😂
All the style of Sam Brinton ... stolen from a Black, female fashion designer.
OOOOOOMG!
Holy crap.
Cheese Crackers (@Why45huh) ~ Did they ask “who are you wearing?”
The Devil wears Prada?
Jimni38 (@Jimni38 ) ~ The same @VanityFair that refused to put Melania Trump in its rag?
That would be them.
Vanity Fair = the sleaze rag for sleaze bags.
Ndithi_mna (@MajolaAthi) ~ @VanityFair how embarrassing!
Fred Stout (@FredStout20) ~ It's just a shame for these folks that the circuses went bust.
And the asylums closed, yup.
Cryssie Adams (@CryssieGA) ~ Perhaps VF can do a story on the actual designer and at least allow her to get something for her trouble.
VanderVered (@vander_vero) ~ Hey @VanityFair, you did a piece about this deranged kleptomaniac who wore an outfit that he stole from a black woman, in your photo-shoot, care to apologize to her & to your 3 readers? 🙄🤡
We’ll keep an eye on this one.
Heh.
