Oh, I tried.

They start off the interview by parroting the usual Western propaganda line of the moment, which is their fixation on ridding the world of Putin, whom they see as the last obstacle to them ushering in their utopian one-world technocratic superstate.

This superstate will transcend national sovereignty and be based on global digital IDs for everyone and replacing cash with central bank digital currencies — these are the two things that will allow for 24/7 surveillance and assessment, think social credit scores, of all citizens living within the system.

Zim : Does anybody in here actually think China is going to kowtow to the dictates of the 'One World Order' ?

“It doesn’t occur to any of the wretches to draw the following elementary conclusion: That the loss of a nuclear power in a conventional war could provoke a nuclear war. Nuclear powers have not lost major conflicts on which their fate depends. And this should be obvious to anyone.”
>>>

Zim : Let me see where to begin. 'Nuclear Powers' have not yet fought a 'peer-to-peer' War. If they do it will almost certainly be 'The End Of The World As We Know It'.

What does happen when a nuclear power 'Loses' a 'conventional war' ? America came to a draw in the Korean Conflict. America lost in Vietnam. Russia lost in Afghanistan. And yet nobody threw any nukes.

"on Which Their Fate Depends" - is a key statement. But do not forget that the old USSR imploded - without going into a shower of nuclear devastation.

The simple strategy which the West needs to demand is simple. Russia gets the heck out of ALL of Ukraine and recognizes that it has no 'right' to invade other countries. Do those two things and the rest of the world will support Russia's right to exist.

Zim.

Re: “I keep looking at that WWIII diagram . . . That ain't gonna happen. Europe 'invading' Russia and 'invading' the Middle East by attacking across Africa?”
If you'd read the article, you would know it does not purport to be a World War III battle plan. It is more about statements that have been made by world leaders, particularly the ones made this week by Putin that weren't reported by our Press, and what those statements likely mean for the world. The diagram was probably not even part of the article as written by Leo Hohman -- at least, I can't imagine why Leo Hohman would have submitted such a thing to his editor. Editors, though, tend to throw headlines and irrelevant pretty pictures onto the pieces they're publishing in order to fluff them up and get people to start reading. You apparently did not fall for their trap!

I suggest you give it a read.
