Zim: "What I want . . . Is a world in which everybody recognizes borders as borders and nobody tries to steal other countries properties." I have partial sympathy for your position. However, it is a very, very, very, very, very slippery slope there, Zim! We broke away from England with war, claiming the right to break away because we weren't adequately represented. Are you opposed to what the Founders said? http://www.learnliberty.org/blog/the-declaration-of-independence-says-we-have-the-right-to-overthrow-the-government/
Again, EASTERN UKRAINIANS ARE RUSSIAN. Indeed, eastern Ukrainians were NOT represented reasonably by the Ukrainian government. Use of the Russian language was forbidden on TV, in local schools, etc. And then you get into the fact that the Russians ASSIGNED (there was no vote) areas of Crimea and the Donbass, that WERE RUSSIAN, to the district which eventually became Ukraine when the USSR fell apart. It was a dictator who assigned it, and it was assigned strictly to make governance in the USSR more "efficient" (no other reason, as far as I am aware). It goes on and on. Are you saying that the people live and work in North Eastern California, who are overwhelmingly Republican (or, at least, avowedly antagonistic to Wokeness and the Democratic Party's Marxism and Covid lockdowns, should be shot if they try to separate into a smaller, more governable and representative state? Where does it start...and end? With one dictator, one conquerer, after another. Did you know that Texas and California were STOLEN from another government which BETTER represented the vast majority of the population (who were Spanish, before the invasion...and native indian before an earlier invasion)? You probably did. Did you know that Panama was PaRT of Columbia until the US invaded because they wanted to STEAL a piece of land for another purpose? Let me know when you find a "moral" way to settle the issue! ;->
