...He is probably guilty, but he been sittin in jail for three years awaiting a trial. In my experience DA's will let ya sit in jail as long as necessary to get a Plea Agreement out of the perp. I don't think three years is a Speedy Trial!

Liberals are like a "Slinky". Totally useless, but somehow ya can't help but smile when you see one tumble down a flight of stairs!
