The defense said there were two shooters. They should have added “they have the weapons and that is why no one can find them.”
I don’t see how the two can even be separated in that line of defense. That ought to make at least one juror …think about it, in a grossly circumstantial case.
He was found guilty because he’s a liar, not because that kind of flimsy circumstantial evidence made him WITHOUT A DOUBT the killer.
It is also possible he hired two guys to do it, since he seemed to have been there just before the killings.
Point is it’s a shithole case.
