Yes, as CJ so rightly pointed out ...

... those who have been prosecuted for the supposed "insurrection of Jan. 6" have a right to ALL of that video footage that might be exculpatory evidence in their case. ANYONE who has worked to deny them such evidence should be prosecuted vigorously.
