There is no difference. The black people who choose to be racists exempt themselves from being called out for their conspicuous racism by conveniently (and stupidly) declaring that they cannot possibly be racist because they don't have "power" like whites supposedly do. They expediently allege that they are the "oppressed" ... so, they self-servingly give themselves blanket immunity to be as racist as they want to be without acknowledging the truth about themselves. They are pathetic, infantile hypocrites ... as are their unscrupulous enablers in the Democrat Party.
