Permit-less carry is stupid. Cops will have no clue if an armed person is legally able to carry. It will be a crapshoot. Now, when they stop you and ask if you have a gun, the next thing they wanna see is the permit. This way they KNOW you are most likely a law abiding citizen who may carry a gun at all times. The other way, they only know you have a gun in your possession, not how you got it, whether it is legal, etc. EVERYONE with a gun to them will now be suspicious. EVERYONE.
