Joy Reid had a guy on last night talking about AR15s and their history and kept interrupting him with stupid statements/questions that showed she never used a gun, took a class, and treats them like they are devils.
Same with some Dem congress people who mouth off stupid stuff because they are ignorant on guns. They just don’t want them. They are not helping themselves by outright wanting to ban everything they can. There can be no discussion with them nor with those who want Open Carry in …..Miami.
So long as the SCOTUS voted 5-4 to make gun ownership an individual right, guns will be here and MUST BE CONTROLLED LIKE THEY HAVE BEEN HISTORICALLY. In the old west some sheriffs and marshals disallowed guns in town. The Constitution does not say otherwise. The SCOTUS has agreed that gun control is CONSTITUTIONAL! So, let’s control guns for safety, for all Americans. I don’t feel burdened by Florida’s very good gun control laws, although that may soon change with the shit Meatball Ron is pushing with his boot lickers in his legislature. We can’t get anywhere this way. It is just plain stupid to think that dealing with guns in a similar way to driver licenses infringes on the 2nd Amendment right to own them. How’s that? Inconvenience? How inconvenient is it for all those affected by mass killings? How about family killings? What’s worse? Is it only bad when it happens to YOU, AND YOU THEN GET RELIGION?
There are a number of people who own guns who would like this solved equitably and with possibilities of success against the carnage we see all the time.
