I wandered into my office a bit ago because I needed to get my Q1 business income taxes in order and money sent off to the IRS which is located in downtown Cincinnati.
I continue to improve in small steps but progress is progress. I'll take it.
I am still without much stamina albeit I did venture out with miz micro to the local grocery store this morning and pushed (held onto) the cart. So I got some exercise walking and managed to wear myself out.. So a nap will be in order soon.
It is a sunny dayhere and warm. I may venture out to the patio and sit down for a spell and get some fresh sunlight!
That would be good for me.. Miz M says I am very pale..
Did ya ever feel like you even though you are awake in mid day that you are kinda sleep walking because your full consciousness is somehow not engaging? Its a strange feeling but I feel like I am somewhat sleep walking at times.
So this is a protracted nasty virus to recover from because it just does not want to let go and let me recover.
I suspect it could have something to do with age as well since I am no spring chicken anymore either.
On a different note I am told I am being drug off to Springfield, OH but about 10 miles due south in a small college town called Cedarville, Ohio whichis where my granddaughter is the catcher for the women's D2 softball team as a freshman. If she needs a rest the coach starts her at Third base but she is always on the field.
She is finding out that time is a valuable commodity at school playing varsity sports. The team travels a lot all over the country. They were down in Destin, FL for a week , Chattanooga, over near Chicago but still in Indiana for a tournament, down in Ownensboro Kentucky, and a few other places I forgot the names of.
So studying on the road has become a norm for her.
My grandson who is a middle linebacker for a D2 team and really bulked up with new muscle mass is on the national scholastic academic acheivement list. He still has a perfect 4.0 average while going to all the practices and games. I am very proud of him. He has such a quiet low key voice and is a pleasure to have around. He turned out to be a fine polite young man who can take your head off on a football field but you would never know it (except for his physique) off the field. Soft spoken and polite.
Anyway, it was great having my grandchildren here at Easter and talking with them.
I do need to go and take a nap as my body is really tired and letting me know. I am sure you have been there yourself sometime.

I don;t know if any of y'all have ever had the misfortune of contracting Hep A from anywhere, but it is a first for me and am sure you would not like it either.
Don;t remember if I shared this or not so forgive my memory if I did please. I I do have some liver damage from this as the virus attacked the liver which is what landed me in the hospital. So I have aliver specialist monitoring closely in addition to my heart doctorsI have now..
Don;t know if I told you but I had a mild heart attack back in January. That was what landed me in the hospital asap and I had open heart surgery . All this other crap got me after I recovered enough strength from that to go out of town..
Wish I had not gone at this point but I cannot change history.
