I like children; adore them, actually.
I would probably qualify as a classic liberal, 70 years ago (I like liberty; I favor humans over corporations). So, I prefer Socialism to Corporatism (=Fascism, according to Mussolini's original definition). That isn't to say I like "Socialism" -- as practiced. As practiced is stunningly different than the way it was sold: as FHA loans, so people own houses; Social Security for the indigent; and Medicare to keep people from dying on the street.
NeoCon is a WORD, which the NeoCons, themselves, apparently embraced as the name for their empire building: http://www.etymonline.com/word/neocon. (And, by the way, empire has a definition, also, and a long history).
So NeoCon is not an insult, per se. To the extent you subscribe to its principles, you should be PROUD to be recognized as a NeoCon. Its primary tenant, distinguishing it from the older term "Conservative", is its core embrace of endless foreign war.
It seems strange to me that both NeoCons and DEMOCRATS seem so conjoined at the hip in their enthusiasm for endless foreign military adventures. It also seems notable that approximately NONE of the NeoCons nor of the "NeoLibs" seem willing to risk a bullet PERSONALLY to advance any of their foreign military adventures.. But - perhaps - I have misjudged and you and Zim are quite willing to go go Ukraine?
Tell you what: I am willing to buy you a ticket so you can go and die for Ukraine, fighting your preferred enemy "Russia, Russia, Russia", instead of dying trying to fight, at home, for your Republic.
I'm serious here. I will pay for your ticket, but you will need to actually go to the front lines in Ukraine (or better yet, invade Russia itself) or the deal is off.
I suggest you think carefully about my offer, and not speak in haste. Yes, I would probably use an escrow holder to make sure BOTH of us perform.
