Time to vote for the various boards of directors . . .
I just got done with Kimberly Clark and Coca Cola . .
Too many directors on the KMB board didn't 'smell right' and I voted against the majority of them. It looked (to me) like they was trying to play the 'sustainability' game and they bragged about having a diverse board of directors.
Coca Cola, on the other hand . . . stank of DIE (diversity, equity, and inclusion). I voted against all but one of their board.
They also had Share Holder Proposals :

....(Smells to me like some employee union wants to ensure blacks who can't do the job get paid as good as whites who are actually doing the job. I might be wrong, but I prefer Martin Luther Kings idea "People should be judged by the content of their character - not the color of their skin". Look. If the black dude does a better job than the white dude then by all means pay him more. But if the black dude can't read and write and do arithmetic at a high enough level - then what is this fool doing in a managerial position?

..... Apparently 'somebody' thinks Coca Cola isn't being honest in how they pay off foreign politicians?
7 . . . Shareowner Proposal Regarding Political Expenditures Values Alignment
...... Apparently, from what I read, Coca Cola is being accused of saying they was against Georgia's 'voter rights' legislation (which they called voter suppression) while making campaign contributions to politicians in favor of the legislation.
