As you can see I have spent a tiny amount of time at my computer in the office.
I also have begun to drive with miz micro next to me on very short trips to support the local economy which miz micro believes is her civic duty. Fortunately we have five grocery stores within one half mile of our driveway.
I am easily tired but its better than it was and is improving gradually each week. I am trying to walk more at the stores which helps but it is a two edged sword because my right hip above the joint ( mine is artifical as it was replaced last year) and to the right and center of my lower spine, is a breeding ground of osteoarthritis and lets me know it is alive and well.
So while walking is good for my heart and building stamina it also inflames the pizz out of the fields of arthritis. Getting old is just great as Ribs can attest to. I am trying to convince myself to go get a injection of cortisone into that area by an orthopedic doctor I have been to several times already. I just hate the thought of a half mile needle sticking out of that syringe. So I have been too chicken **** to make that appointment.
Miz micro is hounding me to buy Relief Factor and try it.
I don't think I want to because I do not want to be on that stuff everyday.. The joint injection is looking better as a result but its a matter of bringing myself around to stop thinking about the syringe....
I guess after being in the hospital for my heart and having open heart surgery and a month later back in via life squad from the Hepatitus A I caught in Cleveland I am tired of being poked and stuck with needles..
And having blood drawn constantly too.
Anyway, I need to lay down for awhile so I will catch y'all later....
