I believe it was published/promoted by the USAF, although it could have come from some other branch.

It was timed, it was basic stuff, all meant to be done without equipment. So, "calisthenics", I guess you'd say. I believe it was meant be be done in like 3-5 mins, total, daily?

I'm going from memory, as I followed it as a kid of maybe 12-14. Any suggestions would be appreciated.

I guess I can make something up, but I'd rather follow a scripted program. I think that will motivate me better to do it daily.

Any leads are appreciated. What I remember is it was timed, with a ranking system, a certain interval per exercise, and it all came on a card. I think it must have been to do the max reps per time period. And then go on to the next.
