I guess I was just blessed and fortunate to have two parents. And didn't think much about the pitfalls of 'single parenthood'.
Back when I was working I used to work with two nice black ladies - who were single parents. Now that I think about it, 'Teresa's Mother might have also been a single parent. Teresa often enough told me 'Boff my GrandParents were schoolteachers' . . . Which, now that I think about it might well have meant she only had two grandparents - where I (and most normal people I know) had four grandparents.
