Don’t forget normal people with guns cannot engage into gunfights under such circumstances. All they’ll do is hide and avoid conflict unless the shooter is on to them and IF THEN! The people have been fed lotsa bullshit about guns, but not GUNFIGHTS!!

Garcia had a tactical vest, ammunition and was armed with multiple weapons, including “an AR-15 style assault weapon,” according to a statement from President Joe Biden.
