well, mostly yer physician will tell ya to your face that you are too fat and need to shed a few pounds or a lot of pounds.
I lost 38 pounds with my medical issues these past several months. I simply could not stand the smell of or taste of food and did not eat almost anything for a few months. I had to force myself to take small bites of anything. That was one of the side effects of the Hepatitus E.
Eventually, a couple months later I started to eat a couple of food items and my body weight has stabilized now.
I am at my high school weight for an athlete. Of course I do not have the muscle mass I did then nor the six packs but I feel pretty good being much lighter.
My doctor has told me multiple times to lose weight over the years and I did lose a little but not nearly enough.
But , with respect to people in general and their diets, far too many of us have not paid attention to our growing GIRTHS and acted like the three blind mice.
I still need to drop another 15 pounds and I should be nice and trim then. Will it happen? Hope so. Don't know.
Anyway, I am leaving in less than hour on a road trip test of my stamina behind the wheel so I need to get going..
See y'all later today...
