I don't blame the cops. For the most part their hands are tied by A-hole politicians and local gubmint.
Dipstick voters keep voting for anti-police political A-holes and this is what ya got.

Nobody ever mentioned what was in the dead perps bloodstream. I am not buying the hold Penny had him in to stop him for beating up other subway patrons was the main culprit.

IMO this MArine is getting a railroad job for saving other passengers on the subway platforms.

They should be thanking him for doing the job the freaking cops in Zoo York should have been doing..
